Sometimes I feel that a drop has came out from my penis, I don't know what it is, maybe a toilet drop or semen drop. I am confused and due to the confusion I miss my prayers too is it because I do gym, but I always do gym by wearing a supporter please suggest what is it n how to get it cure.
