Hi if you seriously want to lose weight, take care of your diet and follow an exercise regime start your day with a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice. Substitute regular tea with green tea. Take a bowl of oats/ dalia for breakfast. Take a good serving of salad an hour before meal, it will keep you full for a longer period of time avoid sweets, cakes, maida products, biscuits, ice creams, chocolates, pooris, paranthas and other fried foods. Brisk walk for at least 30-40 min a day. Do pranayam and yoga regularly. Take phytolacca berry 3x tablets, 2 tablets, 30 min before meals thrice a day for a month. Report after a month. Believe me, once you decide to lose weight, it is not very difficult.
