My 7 days baby is suffering from jaundice at level 19.4. He admitted in hospital up to four days at phototherapy. Dr. Is saying that other activities is normal. I want to know how many days it may take to recover. Bec I am not statisying wth Dr. Treatment. Daily he is changing the words. He's blood group is same as mother. kindly guide what I do.

Hello dear lybrate-user, it depends upon the type of jaundice that baby may have. Is it physiological jaundice or neonatal jaundice or breastfeeding jaundice etc. Mild to moderate jaundice may recovered with in 1-3 weeks. Severe jaundice >25 may need blood transfusion along with phototherapy. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask. Take care.
