Hello doctor, I am 26 years old and having frenulum breve. When I pull my penis foreskin backward it is stretched only to half of my penis length. Also my penis head bends when I pull penis foreskin backward. Do I need some kind of treatment for such penis condition or it's normal. Please suggest treatment with approximate cost. Thank you.
