Hi doctor my periods date was on feb 18 but until now I dint get my periods so yesterday I checked with pregnancy kit it showed me two lines. And also yesterday I was completely on travel like walked for long distance train and bike travel. After that I got some cramp pain which was little heavy but I dint notice any bleeding. Can I know whether any serious issues i'm going to face or is it normal.
