I have regular pain during my periods and it becomes to much so I can't do anything and also can't sit for a while. Please suggest.

The pain experienced during periods are known as dysmenorrhoea, which is a normal physiological symptoms. If it is very severe then painkillers can be taken once in a while but regular use of painkillers is not medically safe. In ayurveda there is panchakarma (basti) treatment is available with which you will get relief. *by the time you can start taking dashmoolarishta 2-2 with equal quantity of warm water and cap eposoft 1-1 both for 3 months.
