I am 50 years old having benign prostatic hyperplasia (bph) symptoms since last 5 years having prostate weight of 25gms and residual urine - 70 ml. Can I take silodosin 8 mg daily at night for it as urimax 0.4 causes postural hypotension to me. For how long this medication should be taken? Is it safe to take silodosin 8 mg daily? Please reply as the priority. Thanks all.

Please get a uroflowmetry test. Continue cap silofast 8 mg at night if it is not causing postural hypotension.
