Hi I am 24 weeks pregnant. I had my glucose tolerance test at 23 weeks. My results were following: fasting: 83 mg/dl after 1 hour of 75 gm glucose: 179 mg/dl after 2 hours of 75 gm glucose: 131 mg/dl now my doctor has told me that I am at border line so I must start taking precautions. Please suggest me what to do and how can I cure this. I am already taking obimet sr (metformin) since so long due to pcos.

since you have pcod, you are at high risk for gestational diabetes. if ogct is 130, inspire of taking metformin, it is better to consult a diabetologist
