Hello docs. I am an 27 year old male. I live alone in my flat and am not married actually am addicted to masturbation whenever I wake up in the morning I masturbate or whenever I see any kissing scene or any romantic thing in the net I start to search porn and start to masturbate as it is going from a long time I have tried to divert from mind from such things but still you can say am addicted to this or I at least do masturbate 2-3 times daily so how to get rid off from this serious problem.
