I have been feeling pain in ankles ,and weakness sometimes in arms and legs,recently got pain in knee and checked up to get perhaps early symtoms of osteoporosis BMD -2.5, joint gap getting lesser itseems, Alhough taken medicine precribed by docter but still movements if increases are painful ,not able to walk fast.

Hello, It seems as if you are having Osteoporosis with arthritic changes in joints. You will have to continue with rigorous exercises to strengthen muscles around knee, keep your calcium and vitamin d levels normal. Also your haemoglobin is low so take green vegetables and a haematinic on advise of a physician to increase your Hb levels.
