How long does it take for alcohol to cause permanent vision damage? I?m 25 and have been drinking for the past 3 years. It?s gotten more excessive over time. There have been some breaks/period of slower drinking. In the past two weeks I had two hangovers where I woke up with mildly blurry/double vision. It was annoying but went away after a day as I sobered up. Is this a normal hangover symptom or a serious cause for concern? At 25 years old with 3 years drinking it seems early for permanent damage concerns. I?m young and I like to drink primarily craft beer/wine and watch netflix.
