Sir, I feel my tongue surface is more rough than usual and if I brush the tongue after some time I feel more roughness and slight burning sensation on surface and my tongue dorsum surface is little whitish and when I clean with tongue cleaner white deposits come out ,i smoke daily 1 cigarette and drink alcohol twice weekly sir and there are no any other systemic signs, please help me sir. Sir and also little dryness of tongue.
