I am a COPD stage III patient. I am 86 years old. My pulmonologist diagnosed my disease after thorogh check including PFT amongst other tests. He has prescribed inhalers for regular use and nebulization when ever needed. I was a chain smoker during my ealier days between my 18th and 22nd years of age after which my smoking was tapered in a fast manner. I finally gave up smoking completely at the age of 44. I have not touched a cigaratte since that time. Symptoms like wheezing etc appeared only when I was 73. It was diagnosed as Chronic Emphezema and with the severity of the symptoms it was dianosed as COPD Stage III. Using inhalers Flohale and Tiova plus a capsule inhaler called Onbrez breezhaler (imported) containing Indacaterol inhalation powder. Kindly advise further.
