While bathing when I pull my foreskin back there is white layer Stick to my penis head I try to wash it with water but it doesn't get remove so I have to remove it by pulling by finger, so I try to wash my penis daily to prevent the layer but its still there after a day .help me get rid of this, is this serious problem.

Hello- No it is not. It's smegma. It is a naturally occurring accumulation of dead skin cells and oily secretions around the foreskin in males which is secreted to moisturise the penis head. However if you have a tight foreskin during erection, it can affect your daily hygiene and can infect the smegma which causes foul smell and rarely cancer too. So its better to get treatment for your foreskin. Smegma can be washed off daily at the time of bath.
