Hi. I ws a hipertension pt.Earliear ii used medicins. Now i am not using medicins/Pl tell me am i correct

You are risking your health, in my opinion. You should get yourself measured for hypertension every month. If your reading is below 130/85 mmgg exercises and good diet should be maintained without medicines. If it is above 130/85 mmgg, you should continue take minimum dose of hypertension medicine. Hypertension is called a silent killer. It will never create a problem for you in the short period. But in long term, continuous hypertension can cause kidney, heart related problems. Consult a physician immediately.
