I am feeling tired whole day. I do some exercises also mostly after lunch I feel's very heavy and tired. Please suggest.

Take nutritive food only. Avoid spicy and junk food. Add green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Drink plenty of water and juice. Take very light and easily digestible food. Do exercise only according to your capacity. Tab. Supradyn once daily will help. Feel free to consult.
