The gap might be due to periodontal problem.
It seems you might be having periodontal problem. C/as pyorrhea. You need to get rid of it.
It needs aggressive therapy. You need to make a habit of rinsing your mouth everytime you eat something and brush regularly (once in the morning before meals and once at night after dinner, add a mouthwash for better oral hygiene.
If the problem still persist, you can go for composite build up or orthodontic treatment depending upon the condition of supporting tissues.
Hi. There are several reasons for the presence of gap between teeth. Eg: bone loss around teeth, frenum pull, an extra tooth present inside bone or could be because of deficient tooth material. First the problem needs to be evaluated n removed n den either you can get it closed by orthodoontic treatment ie braces or by build up.
