Hello, I'm 17 years old. I'm a virgin and thought that I'm suffering from Phimosis, I stretched my skin for some time and now I'm able to pull it back pretty much all the way (when erect). I noticed my ferelum is causing my glans to look down whenever I pull harder. I take my skin over the penis head but when I go any further the glans starts to bend downwards. Is it possible to stretch the ferelum on my own? I thought my penis was normal, but the bend and not being able to pull much further than the head is telling me something is wrong, and I'm guessing its the ferelum. Also, could I have sex in the current condition?

Hello, You are normal. Do not stretch frenulum. It can bleed. Better consult a doctor for examination.
