Sir, I'm a student, from the past 3 weeks im feeling dizziness especially in the evening, I went to hospital and the doctor did ECG and he just saw my 2 d echo and told me that every thing is fine but anxiety is affecting me. Recently I got a health band which show my heart rate and then on I checked it when ever I'm feeling dizzy (in the evening) it is showing 64 or 65. When I'm fine it is showing 79 or 80. I understood that it is due to low heart rate I'm feeling dizziness. From the past 3 weeks I am facing gas problem as I ate junk food outside and fell ill.
