I have not known of anyone having low BP because of feeling alone or feeling like crying. Kindly check that out with a physician. You may be having the symptoms of grief-related depression. Which may be the cause of your loneliness or vice versa, the loneliness may be causing the depression. You need to examine with a counselor what is this grief all about, when did it start, and to do something about it. You may feel that it is embarrassing to talk about it and this can lead to a sense of lonely withdrawal. It seems to also cause your daydreaming state, and this should not be ignored for too long. I always recommend that one should be comfortable being alone, as long as it is not done to avoid people. In this case I suspect it is shying away from others because of your discomfort. If you need to weep, do so with someone. People will appreciate this, and will support you too. Do regular exercises, it is the best holistic medicine. Meet people, attend group meetings, join a club, eat well, and sleep well to slowly get yourself out of this state. When you are with people, you can never get lost in your own world that easily. If this does not work out, meet a counselor and take it from there.
