Just wait and watch for 2-3 months more because there is no fixed timing for eruption of teeth sometimes delayed eruption is also seen in children. And visit to a dental surgeon and get x rays done to get to know the status of teeth with in gums. Fibrous changes in gums may also cause delayed eruption, in that case a small nick is made in gums to facilitate the eruption.
