You are having tension headaches. You need to relax your mind. Give it rest. Have proper sleep. For your various problems: make a list of them by writing on a piece of paper and try to cross check them individually and find solutions for one problem at a time. This activity will definitely help to handle stress conditions and will enable you to find a suitable answer. You make also try meditation and yoga in the early morning. Adopt a healthy life style.
