Hello- Frenulum breve is associated with Phimosis. Most men with phimosis also have frenulum breve to a certain extent. It can be cured by the help of medicines but you have to treat Phimosis basically in order to get rid of your Frenulum breve. Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with Ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.
