Hello Doctor, I am 19 years old. I am suffering from laziness and body pain and this happens because of my thoughts of gaining sexual desire. I want to achieve my dream goals in future and I am serious in my life but there are some moments which makes me emotional. For example: I when I watch Television sometimes a commercial ads interrupts a movie or serial and if I see a condom ad I don't know what happens to me I am forced to think about sexual intercourse by my mind. Even though When I neglect those ads and at night when I am at good sleep. Suddenly I see dirty dreams I mean I see that I am having physical relationship with my girlfriend. After that when I am awake from my dreams, I feel weakness head pain and I masturbate. Although I have not made any physical relationship with my girlfriend. I promise. Please help me doctor I request you to suggest me permanent solution for this problem. I hope respected doctors will respond to my question as soon as possible. Thank You!
