My wife got pregnant second time after 7 years, my first delivery done with operation. Is there are chances of normal delivery because there is difference of 7 years between two pregnancies.

The chance of having normal delivery depends on some factors, mother's weight, size of baby, mother's pelvis etc and such delivery must be done in a hospital/ clinic, where the doctor is available round the clock to monitor the labour. It's not unusual to have normal delivery after Cesar, even at the gap of 7 years (in fact gap more than 3 years is favourable).
