Hey there, I'm having an issue regarding my penis. I'm 18 and I've always had this very irritating and sensitive painful experience with the head of my penis, its uncircumcised. My foreskin is also very tight so I doesn't retract back behind the head. I've never seen my head completely, the foreskin has always covered it. It's not painful in any other procedure, like I can urinate without any issues, when I masturbate the semen also doesn't cause any discomfort. The only issues is that the head is very irritable and sensitively painful, and that my foreskin doesn't retract. I think the issue is called candida balanoposthitis, but I'm not completely sure, can you please tell me whats wrong with me and suggest what medication I need to take to help myself?
