I am 22 female and have never had sex and babies but I struggle with stress incontinence. Have had it for about 2 years and I've tried physio therapy with 2 different physiotherapist and also pelvic electro stimulation and have had no success. I was diagnosed finally with stress incontinence after a Urodynamics test. I believe surgery is now my only option. I am told this is rare to see it in someone so young and has never had sex or a baby. What would you suggest?
