I am having early osteoarthritis of left knee took treatment at Military hospital Khadki pune for 2 month with B Glucosamine 500 mg BD and 10 days SWD to knee in phy.deptt. ,but still pains and sometimes see spongy on sides of the knee. would like to have a second opinion..
