Hello doctor, earlier my face is very chubby and healthy but now it's seem to be very thin and not so attractive, when I go outside I feel that my face become shrinking like a sponge and I suffer from minor pain near the corners of the mouth my mouth become so dry at that time and it's very painful for me. please tell me some supplements or a medicines which I can prefer.
