I am tobacco user from last 20 years but never take more than 2 gram of tobacco with pan .I try so many times to stop it completely but always failure from last 3 years so I want your opinion to stop it immediately. Thank you Regards.

Getting up and doing the dishes straight away or settling down in a room where you don't eat.
