Recommendations & Suggestions Please My father is suffering from disc problem. There is disc dessication involving lumbar discs with osteophytes seen at the ends vertebra. There is mild anterior migration of L4 vertebra over L5 vertebra (GRADE I ANTEROLISTHESIS). There is posterior disc bulge involving L4-5 disc with left paracentral disc extrusion & superior migration with Ligamentum flavum thickening and facial arthropathy causing narrowing of spinal canal, moderate-severe narrowing of left lateral recess and mild-moderate narrowing of right lateral recess and left neural foramina. There is mild posterior disc bulge at L5-S1 level with Ligamentum flavum thickening & facial arthropathy causing indentation of thecal sec and mild narrowing of bilateral lateral recess. Mid sagittal AP spinal canal dimensions are as follow: D12-L1 ----- 13 mm L1/L2 ------- 13 mm L2/L3 --------- 13 mm L3/L4 ----- 12 mm L4/L5 ------- 07 mm L5/S1 --------- 10 mm Awaiting for consultation.
