Urology (Dr.) Told me you have chronic prostatitis .I have taken strong antibiotics for 6 weeks (faropenem) but still I have pain during urination and small drop blood appear in urine sometimes. NCCT KUB report okay. No infection found in U/S. Serum creatinine is okay. Only pus cell found (2-4 hpf) after prostate massage. Dr. said, some pus cavity in prostate I am unmarried age 29. Any antibiotics injection for prostatitis so cure fast. I have read somewhere oral antibiotics does not work properly intravenous injection safe for me. What should I do now any one suggest me please. I have consulted many urology. please it's a request. Give me some basic tips. Thanks.
