My mother age 57 years has been diagnosed with cholelithiasis calcus 23 mm in gallbladder lumen. Although she has no traditional symptoms like abdominal pain, loss of appetite or nausea. But since the stone size is fairly large I am considering surgical removal of gallbladder. I would like to know the prospectus of any form of treatment (Homeopathy, ayurveda or traditional medicine) that has the potential of eroding the stone and may be able to avoid the surgery.
