Is there any change in the menstrual cycle where my wife has initially mild bleeding for first three days and after it came to normal as usual bleeding from 4th to 5th day and 6 the day and bleeding is mild on 7 the and 8th day, if I count the days from mild bleeding day it's eight days. My question is whether the bleeding is normal? Is it ok if it goes more than 5 days? Previous last two cycles she has dysmenorrhea, but no pain nothing in this cycle, is this normal or any change?

Any deviation from what she used to have in previous occasion is not normal. Like if she previously had periods for 4-5 days then 8 days is not normal. Wait for 1-2 more periods if she still suffers from prolonged periods then take consultation.
