Hi i'm 23 year old male, that got the lower part of my legs cut REALLY bad. I have been applying steril saltwater that I received from my doctor and been switching bandages every day for the past 6. Now I see yellow around the wound. It doesn't really hurt, I do not have fever and no redness at all. Is this infection? PLEASE HELP.
