I had my last period on 20th of august. And did not have it till now. Took a home pregnancy test which was negative. So, I went for a sonography which doctor says shows nothing like pregnancy. But the problem is I have all these symptoms which point just to pregnancy. I am not sure what is happening! Also, is it possible I am pregnant but it is not showing yet?

No it is rarely possible.. And there are no specific signs of pregnancy.. It can be because of your psychological belief. Better take proper treatment.
