Doctor, I use to take hot water for head bath during rainy and winter season. Otherwise I use to bath in cold water only, my doubt is whether taking hot water would create any skin related issues? Is it advisable to take hot water bath in winter? My friend says that taking cold water reduces the risk of nerves problem, is it so?
