Hi, My daughter is 10 years old. Recently for the past couple of months we are noticing that she is unable to control urinating. For example she is urinating while watching t.v. Sitting on the sofa. She did not feel the urge to go to the bathroom and urinate and recognizes only after urinating in her pants. After a long bus journey she is urinating in her pants just as she reaches home before she reaches the bathroom inside the house. Occasionally she also urinates in the bed during her night sleep and wakes up to recognise only when the bed and her dress is wet. What should we do? What treatment is necessary?
