I had sudden left abdomen and left testicle pain in the morning. I consulted urologist and took ultra sound scan. Scan showed around 4 mm thickness in epidimysis and doctor told it's epidimysitis. Took antibiotics for 3 days and pain has reduced. I never had any swelling from day 1 or any urination problem. Is there anything to worry or can I start my daily activities and exercises from now on?

I don't think that you are totally free from the problem. Temporary symptomatic result is the effect of painkillers and antibiotics which you would have taken. Epididymitis persist for longer period. You are supposed to go for follow up sonography. Everything is within normal limit then ok. Otherwise you may need further treatment.
