Hello. Absence of periods on normal time may be due to hemoglobin deficiency, any hormonal problem and of course pregnancy must be ruled out if any physical relation was there. So if its more then 10 days from the normal time, then you must take a doctor suggestion for proper diagnosis and treatment. You can ask me through private questions for further treatment.
