I am 54 yrs old wth diabetic history of 17 yrs.I am unders ayurvedic as well as alleopathy treatment.off late my sugar is not under control. I take following medicine Glycomet 1gm 1bd b4 bf n dinner Amryil 1 mg 1 bd b4 b/f n dinner Volex .3 1bd with bf n lunch Jalra 50 1 bd b4 bf n dinner. Pl advice.my BSL fasting 150 n PP 260+

u need basal insuline start as early as possible if kidney function( sr creatine ) normal

You are already on heavy medications, i suggest u shift to zitamet50/1000 morning and evening after meals continue volix .3 tds amaryl 1 mg in morning and 2 mg in evening. If yet your HbA1c is more than 7 shift to insulin once a day basal dose.
