Hi, I observed I have developed a dent on my skull overnight. It is around 2 inch long and on the back side of skull. I have not been hit with something and the dent is also not sore or paining. What could be the reason?

It could be a bony deformity for which you don't need any intervention if there are no symptoms or problems related. It's very common to find such bony dents or swellings. If you need confirmation then you can undergo a CT head which should come as normal, CT will cause unnessary radiation exposure so I will suggest wait and watch.
