My total sperm count per million is 12. Am I ok or I am infertile. In report it written as total count / million =12. I am very tense please reply dear doctors. Your reply will be highly appreciated.

Hello Sir. Sperm counts are changing parameters. You need to repeat one more semen test about 3 months after the previous one to confirm that the sperm count is consistently low. The motility and morphology are other parameters that need evaluation while interpreting a semen report. Even if your next semen report comes to be similar, it may indicate subfertility and not infertility. You are OK. Certainly not infertile in the strict sense of the word.
