I am having a lighter period without clots and just thick viscous blood, and longer one, generally my period lasts for 3 days this time it's continuing to 5th day and I have a throbbing sensation too in lower abdomen. I had a delayed period too by 3 days whereas cramping had started 4 days before. Is it normal.
