Hi, This is quite nonsense and embarrassing at the same time. I got into a fight with someone who hit my head several times and my back too. My head has 2 bumps which pain even when I open my mouth and my neck is stiff and I cannot wake up easily when I?m sleeping is lying. It?s just physical pain. There is no problem in my vision or voice or any difference in my daily schedule neither am I feeling dizzy. But my head and neck pain. What should I do?
