I am in habit to chew tobacco 10-12 times in a day. Sometimes when I think about my this habit, I afraid for my future mishap ping then only I think to quite this. But very next hrs I start again. It is request to all wise kindly advise me best solution/techniques/ideas for quite this bad habit.
