I am 41 yr female from last 30 days. I am having fever first 3 days it was 103 degree to 102 degree when I had taken medicine after prescription high fever was gone but after 4 to 5 days I realized that I am not full of energy. My eyes and my body was feeling slight pain I thought it might be because of weather and fever I suffered but when I taken temperature of my body it was 99 or 98.6 3 days back I got my test of widal and basic fever in which my range of widal is 1: 160. Could you suggest me the medicine as my hairs are also falling above normal, and I feel lethargic also.
