My husband is having low sperm count. Initially it was 12 million then it decreased to less than 2 million in a year. But all blood tests of hormones, zinc, calcium, magnesium etc came back normal. He is now taking himalaya speman and ashwagandha tablets. Can he take yashtimadhu also? Any other cure for this?
