Today when I go for toilet and after passing stool I sit for sometime and I start rubbing my oval shape organs and I found a very little but hard lump on right organ but no such type of thing at left organ. It is not painful when I press it but very hard. It has no other symptoms. I am 24 years bachelor. It has any risk? I am very much tensed.
