Hai sir or madam, I am suffering for oily skin bcz from my side I want to tell some thing that I have a very bad habit that I have participated in sex from last ten years buy using my personal for sex it has leaked to much from my body and I have used it daily according to this I have played a cricket a lot, so what I am going to say is bcz of this my face has become very dull and oily day by day its my think so it giving very stress to me, so please give a fine solution for my problem for my oliy skin and for future, thank you.

You have done so much sex by hand. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Avoid daily masturbation. You can do it once or twice a week, more than this harmful for future married. Follow this and be happy.
